Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another email when your package ships. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the delivery option you choose. We currently offer standard domestic shipping within the United States.

Delivery Estimates
Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary due to weather, holidays, or unexpected delays outside our control. Once your order leaves our facility, tracking information will be emailed to you.

Order Tracking
Every shipped order includes a tracking number, and tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will help file a claim with the carrier.
